The newest phase of the Ernie Caldwell Boulevard construction project is finally open! Local residents and tourist can now easily access Posner Commons or Posner Park Shopping Mall on Hwy 27 by taking this shortcut. Polk County is spending $62 million on the 6.5 mile road that will extend Ernie Caldwell Boulevard to U.S. Hwy 17-92 in early 2017.
